Every student on Échelle is vetted through an interview, a portfolio review, and a short trial task. We only onboard students who prove capability — age is just a number.
You pay only after a target is met or on a percentage of earnings. If results aren't delivered, you don't pay. That's the whole point of "no earning, no payment."
The Échelle team. We act as the project manager, quality check, and escalation point so founders can stay focused on their venture.
Yes. While most of our students work across marketing, research, and ops, we have software, AI, and coding-capable students available on request.
Usually 5–15 hours a week per student, across school-friendly hours. We scope, staff, and report weekly.
Two models: a fixed retainer paid only after a milestone is met, or a fixed/variable percentage of revenue earned from our work. Zero prepayment across both.
