Pratham is the founder of Échelle Ventures — an avid MUNer, debater, World Scholars Cup winner, and cricket player who has worked with numerous companies across various projects, delivering thoughtful ideas and impactful solutions no matter the client, from large conglomerates to growing startups, and has received consistent positive feedback on his work. Above all he is a leader with a vision — one that pushed him to see and believe in the potential of students to do real work and create an impact in the incredibly competitive business world we see today. Lead Design Consultant
Nikshep shapes how Échelle looks, reads, and feels — from the site's editorial type system down to the exact palette and corner radii. His design instincts are grounded in a long, deliberate engagement with visual culture, and he's currently preparing for formal training in Visual Communication Design at Musashino Art University in Tokyo. He's also an accomplished debater, a multiple-time Scholar's Cup winner, a published author, and a competitive volleyball player — craft treated as a discipline, wherever he applies it.

Riyan prides himself in being a visionary, empathetic, and determined leader. With over seven years of debate experience, numerous medals and misses across sports, academics and music, and a chaotic yet brilliant mind, he has sharpened his skills through sixteen long years of trial and error. Scaling Échelle Ventures is his most recent goal — one he is more than ever eager to summit.

A World Scholar, award-winning debater and writer, and national-level footballer currently competing at the club level, he combines strong communication with strategic thinking and leadership. Through marketing internships at Rush Sports and IVistaz Ecom Services, he has gained hands-on experience in business development, digital marketing, and client relations across multiple industries. Passionate about creating meaningful opportunities, Aurko is committed to building lasting partnerships that help businesses access fresh perspectives while empowering students to solve real-world problems and make a tangible impact.
