Pratham started Échelle because he was sure students could do real business work if someone gave them the chance. He's a MUNer, debater, World Scholar's Cup winner and cricketer, and he's worked with everyone from large conglomerates to early startups. Échelle is him proving that belief right.
Riyan has spent seven years debating and picked up medals (and a few misses) in sport, academics and music. He leads with empathy and a slightly chaotic energy that gets things moving. His current goal is to grow Échelle as far as it can go.
Aurko brings in the businesses we work with. He's a World Scholar, an award-winning debater and writer, and a national-level footballer who still plays at club level. Marketing internships at Rush Sports and IVistaz Ecom Services taught him business development and client relations firsthand.
Nikshep decides how Échelle looks and reads, down to the palette and the type. He's heading to Musashino Art University in Tokyo to study Visual Communication Design. He's also a debater, a multiple-time Scholar's Cup winner, a published author and a volleyball player.
Abhiram studies Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a focus on robotics, computer vision and AI. He brings the same problem-solving approach to finding new clients, and he's good at turning a first call into a long-term partnership.
Guneesh builds the tech behind Échelle, including this website. He works on AI and robotics and likes problems that are easy to describe and hard to solve. His rule: build it, ship it, and let what breaks tell you what to fix next.
