1. What is included
The public programme describes four sessions a month, a complimentary monthly group session and a certificate. An enrolment document should specify the duration, format, session length, trainer, curriculum, scheduling method, attendance requirements and what the certificate certifies. Note any changes or substitutions clearly.
2. Fees & cancellations
To be confirmed before publication: whether training is paid, the full price and taxes, payment schedule, refund or withdrawal window, missed-session and rescheduling rules, and what happens if Échelle cancels or materially changes a cohort. Do not take payment until these terms have been presented and accepted.
3. Training is not a job offer
Completion can support an application for client work, but it should not promise a project, a particular income or placement unless Échelle can substantiate and contract for that promise. State separately whether any live-project practice is paid and how confidential client material is protected.
4. Students under 18
Provide age-appropriate information and guardian approval for enrolment, payment and any live-project component. Keep communications, scheduling and publication of student work within the safeguarding policy.
